We have a streamlined approach to building your new dream Pluspuu home. Our process is designed to give you the speed and agility of a prefabricated home build process while allowing for a fully customized bespoke home that is unique to you.

Our approach is designed in two phases first the Planning Phase and second is the Construction Phase.

Planning Phase: We start the process with taking an opportunity to get to know you, your dream home preferences and your site. We take your brief and prepare initial conceptual drawings to represent your dream home and vision on paper. We work with our teams and network to price out the kit and build. Finally, when you are satisfied with the overall designs and estimates we move towards engineering drawings and permits.

Construction Phase: Once permits are obtained the site work and foundations begin, while we manufacture and deliver the kit. The next step is kit installation which involves completing the structure is all the way to weather tight stage. Finally, the mechanical, heating/cooling, electrical, plumbing systems are installed and the interior finishes including, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, trim etc. are completed.
